WELCOME TO PENTWYN PODS

Glamping on a family-run site in the Ceredigion countryside
A 15-minute drive from Aberaeron; half an hour from New Quay.
Packing lists for those staying at Pentwyn Pods are likely to include plenty of kit to help you make the most of the stack of activities available in the local area (think binoculars, bikes, hiking boots )… so it’s handy that you needn’t bother to focus too much on remembering to bring all the trappings of daily life with you too.

The glamping pods at this Ceredigion site is one that’s cosy and well equipped with bits and bobs – kitchen kit and bedding are already in place, and your new temporary home also has a bathroom, and sofa to sprawl out on after days filling up on fresh air.

And what alfresco activities might you choose around here? If you stashed mountain bikes on the car, take them over to Bwlch Nant Yr Arian, 40 minutes away, to tackle the trails through the forest. Binoculars will come in handy here, for spotting red kites; keep them to hand when you head coastwards too, as Cardigan Bay is a popular playground for dolphins and other marine beasts.

Once back at your Bethania base, there are some spectacular views to admire as you prep supper either in your kitchen or on a barbecue (supplies for such things can be sourced 20 minutes’ drive away in Tregaron). A pub and family-friendly restaurant are a few minutes’ drive away if you're of the opinion that hols means a break from making your own meals.
